Niobium is independent software by WCKD.ai. No account or analytics service sits between the app and your gateway.
privacy
The native clients connect to the Hermes or DSH endpoints you configure. Chat, files and tool requests go to those systems and their configured providers. Gateway tokens are stored in Keychain or Keystore; provider credentials remain on the configured harness or host. Local appearance choices and connection preferences are stored on the device.
This static website uses self-hosted fonts and no client JavaScript or analytics. Hosting infrastructure may process ordinary HTTP access logs. Your gateway and providers have their own policies.
characters and assets
Every human Pixel is an adult, minimum age 18. Fantasy and cyborg styling may be mature and revealing; the product does not include nudity, explicit sexual acts or minors. Companions are original fictional creatures.
The new terrace and cast art were generated for this project. The procedural layer engine and companion sprites are Niobium assets. Legacy optional portrait files include CC0 artwork by Hyptosis; their source and provenance remain documented in the repository.
licenses
The Android UI is MIT; its bundled PRoot, native libraries and Alpine packages retain GPL/LGPL/BSD and other upstream licenses. Corresponding sources and build recipes accompany the Android runtime release. The iOS full build combines GPLv3 components, including the pinned DSH/iSH integration; see the repository’s LICENSE and NOTICE. Site and brand materials are WCKD.ai assets. Review third-party terms before redistributing a full build.
